The daily dish in a hair salon

Oh crap. My brothers birthday and I forgot to send a card. (OK. I forgot to BUY the card too.)
Nothing to report from the salon as today is Sunday and my day to rest. I'll admit I was in the salon for 3 hours doing my childrens hair for Christmas pictures though. Let's look at my schedule and see who I have coming in this week......well my husbands ex-wife is probably going to be my talk of the week so stay tuned!
Trying accupuncture for the first time tomorrow. The only thing that concerns me is the word accu-puncture. Why couldn't they (and by they I mean the old chinese people that started puncturing each other with the promise of a healthy lifestyle) come up with a more user friendly word? Like pin therapy or connect-the-pins? I wish I could have been a fly on the wall when the first pitch from doctor to patient for accupuncture was ever made. I'm sure it couldn't have been that pretty. You want to stick me with WHAT? We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll get some history notes on the whole thing too and share it with you tomorrow.
